Initial Design Consult / Concept and Vision
Our journey begins with a heartfelt exploration of your dreams and desires.
We schedule an Initial Design Consultation with you. This is an in-depth meeting, usually taking an hour. It occurs at your home or premises, allowing us to do a thorough walk through of the space or review plans with you.
We then share our interior concept and vision for the design direction ahead, as well as our detailed design return brief and fee proposal. The cost associated with this phase is $750 plus GST.
Our service fees depend on the complexity and level of detailing required for your project. Generally, we work off a fixed fee based on our schedule of room rates, or a fixed percentage-based fee derived from our tiered build cost table.
This phase is about illuminating possibilities and aligning on a shared purpose that will guide us forward.
